Windows 7 - 64 Bit Issue with Remote Access 6.5.X
Group 1 has completed some preliminary testing of the Windows 7 Operating System. We have found that Remote Access will not run on the 64 Bit version of the operating system. On the other hand, the Windows 7 - 32 Bit version have successfully run Remote Access, but not all situations can be testing in our labs. Group 1 recommends that you performed extensive testing in your environment on a single system before doing any mass roll out. Although the new operating system is available, Group 1 is not recommending the use of this in the field and it is not covered under the current software maintenance contract.

LogMeIn Rescue is a hit with Remote Access Users!
The use of the LogMeIn Rescue software continues to show it's value to our clients. When support requests come in to our staff, they now have the option to remotely connect to the users system and perform installs, review data, tranfer files, even remotely boot the system. New version of Remote Access available in May 2010!
Group 1 continues to update our current software suite and there is a planned maintenance release of the software in May 2010. Watch for more information on the enhancements as the release date get closer!
