RA_Miltary TM For Military Operations
RA_Miltary TM and contains a very flexible set of capabilities that can be either used directly or easily enhanced to support force protection for both base security and forward military operations. Most of the needs of First Responders in the civilian sector parallel the needs of military personnel in many respects. The need to operationally pre-plan building or campus sites, as well as vehicle routes, command and control, monitoring and asset tracking, and dozens more applications are nearly identical. Group 1 brings its extensive Homeland Defense experience and leading critical information management software, RA_Miltary TM, to meet the needs of the military.
Military bases are essentially smaller versions of municipalities with regard to First Responder and security needs. For the fire service and security, the needs are nearly identical, with the exception of additional hazards typically present. The core capabilities of Remote Access TM address these needs directly. To satisfy one special need, as example, Group 1 is in the process of importing the Air Force Technical Order (TO) for military aircraft so that a First Responder can quickly access the pre-plan information for any class of military aircraft.
RA_Military TM has been selected as the lead application for the Integrated Battlespace/Combat Situational Awareness System (IB/CSAS) by the Boeing Corporation, lead company on the project. IB/CSAS is an extensive set of capabilities aimed at providing live and near-immediate situational awareness capabilities to operations commanders. The aggressive effort involves tracking individuals and vehicles across large areas, and providing mission-critical information at both the command level and individual soldier level.
Because of its subcontractor relationship with Boeing and SAIC, Group 1 is able to provide GSA pricing for any military project.
